Cabin (one room): " Floor joists and such were made with timber/logs from the land " 12' wide x 20' long, 5" height at the walls with cathedral type ceiling going up to 8+ feet tall " 55 Gallon barrel stove/wood stove for heat " Front of cabin has plexiglass "wall" for incredible lake viewing " Floors are plywood " Roofing is metal Includes: " Lanterns & bottles " 2.5 gallon propane tanks (2 or 3 at least) " Tote Boxes containing supplies are inside cabin " Air mattress (4 or more) " Sleeping bags (4 or more) " Generator, chain saws, many other tools " Coleman type 2 burner propane stove for cooking " Outhouse " Come Along " 2 aluminum Canoes, one with flat back for motor mount o Motor that is there needs TLC, runs for about 5 - 10 minutes then gets hot and shuts off " Straps to connect the two canoes together Bull moose in the area every year. Lots of vegetation for Moose around the lake. Sellers have not been to the property in over 5 years. All items were left stored in totes, under tarp, inside cabin. Canoes and tools were stored under cabin. As was their practice.
