Great waterfront camp with some land on the other side of Troutdale Rd to possibly expand or whatever you want to do with LURC approval. The camp sits within 15-20 feet of the waters edge and has superb sunrise views over the water. Great weekend get away and can be used for 3 seasons. There is an outhouse on site but with LURC approval a septic system may be installed to have an inside bathroom. THE NUMBER USED FOR THE CAMP ISN'T THE ACTUAL CAMP NUMBER, I USED IT SO PEOPLE CAN EASILY LOCATED THE CAMP ON TROUTDALE RD.
