County requires a new septic system. Can be rented out in the summer for $250 a night. That is what we were getting. This is a summer cabin, but has electric and propane for the winter. The water would have to be brought in, but there are many residents that live there full time. Water is provided from May thru September and is billed once a year for approximately $360 plus a turn on fee. There are only be 3 cabins for sale at The Meeker Park Lodge and 1 just sold so only 2 left. The other cabins cannot be sold.
