Another thing that stands out to me is how deep/wide the stretch of beach in front of the home is. This beach stays relatively uncrowded year-round. I've been at the home during peak Summer and Spring break months and have been surprised with the lack of crowds nearby compared to other gulf front listings that I've toured. Many properties in our market lack adequate storage, but 20405 Front Beach Road does not have that problem. There's a lockable owner's closet on almost every floor, and it was cleverly built to include a half-car garage which functions as ideal storage or as a large owner's closet. Two of them are full suites with king-sized beds, ensuite baths, and large closets. The remaining suite is a bunk room with an ensuite bath and small juliet balcony. The fourth floor has a sitting area and also a kid's room that has foosball and acts as a third entertainment area. This kids room/entertainment area has its own ensuite bath with dual vanities and walk-in shower. There's also a gulf front suite on this level that sleeps four.
