This is the only nonelectric appliance, depending upon usage, it uses 1 or 2 four gallon tanks of propane per year. While primarily for aesthetic enjoyment it can serve as a heating source during an extended power outage. The open plan KITCHEN features a built-in Sub Zero refrigerator/freezer, induction cooktop, wall oven, dishwasher and oversized stainless steel sink, The large island invites guests to join in with meal preparation and has storage on both sides.
