The start date of each week is based on the RCI exchange calendar, the standard calendar used by the majority of time-share resorts throughout the world. A copy is attached for your review. • Ownership at the Lake Placid Club Lodges is 'fee simple' meaning owners receive a deed, which has no time restriction, is fully willable, and can be used as with any equity property. • Owners in good standing are members of the Lake Placid Club Lodges Owners' Association and have voting rights equal to their ownership percentage.
