Yes I had a contract but there home fell through so CHECK ME OUT! A new home has just the basics. Not me I’ve been completely remodeled. Starting with all new burmese wood floors through out the home. Plantation shutters throughout and crown molding in every room on the first floor. I received a bookcase with an aura linear fireplace in the first living room which was also professionally painted with added features of crown molding & trim. It features a formal dinning room with candelier for those special occasions. My kitchen and utility room had all the cabinets professionally painted in a deep walnut and an added nice overhead exhaust over my stove. The kitchen added a granite following up the backsplash for a very clean look and since the utility was across the hall they added granite to that sink and tiled the floor for a great look . The kitchen has an eat-in dinning has large windows that mimick bay windows that overlook one of the patois. From there I can look at my 2nd family/den with a 2nd fireplace which was also painted professionally and added builtin on the wall for a large television. The master includes a separate door for the 2nd patio and the master bath features a granite shower with granite his and hers sinks a tiled floor and chandelier over my slipper tub which surely will be used for soaking. Down the hall from the master bedroom is an additional bathroom and further down is the study which was professionally painted and could be used for another bedroom. Upstairs features two more bedrooms both having walkin closets with my 3rd bathroom and double sinks. The fourth bedroom was professionally painted and behind the walkin closet has separate doors leading into the attic where wood was added to the entire floor for extra storage.
