The amenities at the Ocean Bay Club include a work out room, indoor and outdoor pools, lazy river, hot tub, kiddie pool and private beach access. The owners have a private beach access. The owners have a private locker inside the condo. The rules are : No PETS, NO SMOKING, NO RENTALS. The weeks assigned for 2026 begin on: 12/28, 3/29, 7/5, 10/4. Each year the weeks rotate forward one week. The partners using the week must pay for cleaning. There are sheets inside the condo and if you use those instead of bring your own you must wash and return where you found them clean and ready.
