The ranch was established as a gathering place for family and friends and so there is something fun for everyone: fishing, canoes, sand volleyball, teepees, gazebo, splash pad, firepits, bocce ball, shuffle board, horseshoes, a greenhouse, and a petting zoo. In addition to all of this, some might argue that the best part of the ranch is the over 3,000 mature trees that help make this one of the most remarkable properties in the state of Utah.
