There is an amazing 'Common Area' close by which by appointment can be used by the condo owners for private events. There is a kitchen, living room, beautiful stone fireplace, gym and bathroom & a small playground outside. Personally I have been to parties there and it worked out wonderfully. Don't let this slip by, they do not come up often!
