I may be on the smaller side, but I my owners have given me a lot of love. I have 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The master bedroom has a large walk in closet. My laundry area is on the main floor as well. I had a new furnace installed about 3 years ago and if anything happens to the furnace, I still have the electric baseboard heat and a wall sleeve unit as a backup. While I might not currently have central air, my owners had the ductwork added when the furnace was installed.
