As the crow flies, this 37.5-acre property is approximately ¼ mile east of Black Lake. An approximate 5-acre portion of the property, with frontage on the Spile Bridge Road, a paved town road, has the best potential for building an off-grid, (as electric is not available) seasonal, or year ‘round dwelling.
