This imposing, historic structure known as the City Drug Building is located at 109 W. Lafayette Street in the heart of Jeffersonâ??s Historic Riverfront District. It was built about the year 1907 by J.A.R. Moseley, a prominent Jefferson medical doctor. From 1911 until 2024, the first level was used mostly for a pharmacy which was last known as City Drug Company.
