Wow!! What a fantastic looking place this is. Rich in history, beauty and has a feel that takes you back in time. Located on Hwy 111 as you travel to the casino. I personally have attended fabulous events held on the property and its just a great place to entertain. Supposedly has only had 4 owners ...to date. The current owners currently have started using it again as an AirBnB. Take a look at the pictures and read the history brief. I don't ever recall having a property with such a neat story behind it. This property is also very close to Downtown New Albany which has been quite the hustle and bustle atmosphere even as COVID has been present. There as plenty of boutique retailers, breweries, eateries, several service businesses, banks, government (Fed, State, County and City), museums, the mansion roll of historical greatness on E Main Street, 10 blocks of some really impressive architecture on a huge number of buildings and a farmers market that draws from afar.
