What an adorable building and Great location with lots of traffic in good condition. On Historic route 66 Building actually was two units, seller has just removed doors to open it all up and uses the whole building. You could put doors back on and have 2 units, 1 side has 3 rooms plus a kitchen, 1/...2 bath (which has an area for a shower) with 2 more rooms behind it (a pervious owner had this part for living quarters).
