This circa 1880's building is a unique opportunity in the historic district of Cornish, Maine. Southwestern Maine's own antique alley. Cornish isa very popular day destination for its many antique and craft shops, fine restaurants and eating establishments. Perfect for light retail, antiques, arts and crafts gallery, offices or professional space. Starting life as J.H. Downs pants factory making men's work apparel it served as the town gymnasium, the fireman's hall a normal and most recently a software company.
