The motel had a new roof in 2016, and septic and well upgrades in 2018, some of the windows have been replaced with energy efficient windows, and some of the shower stalls have been upgraded with modern ones, and there are two 200 amp circuit breaker panels. Motel has 9 rooms and a living-quarters for on-site living and/or as the office area, and includes all the mini refrigerators, microwaves, bed frames, and other contents. The motel needs work to get it open again but all looks sound with the structure. The original structure is brick on a cement slab foundation, the wood enclosure you see when pulling into the parking lot was added later to create a single entrance with heated hallways to each of the rooms.
