Step into this Historic downtown Theater! Built in 1925 in downtown McGill's commercial district. This is an early twentieth-century brick Theater that is one of about 4 like it left! Despite the simplistic design, it is one of the standouts in McGill. Rectangular concrete panels decorated with bricks laid in a diamond motif, relieve the brick facade, which rises to a curved parapet. A hexagonal ticket booth stands between two pairs of wooden doors. This theater was named "Most Endangered". by The Historic Preservation Theaters. It has a new roof and construction power is restored. The masonry is resealed and restored. There is also a new marquis located outside.
