This building was purchased in 1982 at which time The Hansen Family Restaurant was established. As business grew it became apparent major remodeling with some expansion would be necessary. Building plans were developed in 1988 with this projects completion and restaurant re-opening taking place in the spring of 1989. After 26+ successful years in the restaurant business some changes were in order to accommodate our buildings usefulness to include the real estate and appraisal business. This building has been ideal in both ventures and we sincerely believe this location, its design and condition will support a new venture. Owner Financing Available.
