I find comfort in the cozy ambiance provided by a wood-burning fireplace that efficiently heats the home on cold winter nights. I appreciate ample space, so having 4 bedrooms and 3 baths suits my lifestyle well, especially since a home office is important to me. I envision being welcomed by lighted stone pillars at the entryway and admiring the thoughtfully landscaped spacious and private yard, featuring a mix of heirloom plantings and newly added specimen trees and plants, framed by a skillfully built stone wall along the back border as I drive into my heated 2 car garage. I enjoy beautiful mountain views in the winter and enchanting forest views in the summer. I value the convenience of being close to shopping in Kingston, the vibrant culinary and cultural scene of Woodstock, having the Ashokan Rail Trail within walking distance, and being at the gateway of the Catskill Park, where I can ski, hike, fish, and enjoy the natural beauty of one of the most popular destinations in the Northeast.
