Items that have been done so far: replaced the exterior siding on the front and sides and repaired the back. Leveled the house and replaced a few beams that needed replacing. Replaced windows, roof, front and back exterior doors, AC inside and out and all duct work, most of the electrical inside, plumbing, foam insulation. Re-plumbed/wired for washer/dryer to be in house (it was outside). You just need to finish out the inside and spruce up the front & back deck.
