The exterior of the cabin is full log with amazing large wood beams on the front covered porch and in the inside of the cabin. There are two decks, 1 covered, and 1 not covered. (Footings have been installed on the south side with future plans to extend the covered deck area.and put a hot tub. A great place for a hot tub). The cabin currently has 4 bedrooms with potential for 1 more that is currently being used as a mudroom and does not have a closet. There are three primary bedrooms (one on each floor with their own bathrooms. There is also an additional 1/2 bath in the basement near the 4th bedroom and a very large bathroom on the main floor that has a claw foot tub, sauna shower (being installed now), toilet and sink. The cabinets are knotty alder, and the countertops are granite with chiseled edges. The flooring is acid stained concrete, carpet, slate tile and real hickory wood on the main and upstairs floors. The heating is a propane fired furnace and there are some additional baseboard heaters and a propane fireplace on the main floor. The downstairs fireplace is wood burning. Rented propane tanks are 1,000 and 500 gallons which is plenty of propane to get you through the winter. Both fireplaces are made of river rock and have amazing wood hearths. We would like to sell this cabin mostely furnished. Furniture is negotiable or can be included with the right offer. All of the furniture is either leather or beautiful custom aspen beds and dressers in each room. The cabin sleep's 13 comfortably in beds with plenty of space for others in the 3 family rooms. Outside there is plenty of room to park vehicles with upper and lower parking areas and a very large custom browns canyon rock Propane burning fire pit that seats about 10-12 people.
