0 Swift Rd Greenbrier, TN 37073

Sleepin' Bear Lodge & Farms is an established wedding and event venue on just over 10 acres outside Greenbrier, with a name that already carries weight in the area. It sits close to the Robertson and Sumner county line just north of Nashville, which puts it in an excellent location as the area north... of the city keeps growing. The main event building offers ~2,100 square feet with a full kitchen with new appliances and two bathrooms, set up to host weddings, receptions, parties, and gatherings of just about any kind. The grounds also include an outdoor ceremony site with a timber arbor and a walkway leading down to it. A two-story guest cabin adds on-site overnight lodging, which is a real draw for wedding parties and weekend stays. A barn and additional storage buildings handle equipment, setup, and staging. Gravel parking is already in place with plenty of room to expand, and the lot has its own independent road access off Swift Road. The venue is not currently operating, which leaves a clean opportunity to reopen & run it your own way. Between event rentals and the overnight cabin, there's room for more than one income stream. Additional adjoining parcels are available, so the total acreage can be tailored to fit your plans. Call to schedule a private tour. Continue reading
