Not to mention having to higher at least 2 engineers and the architect needed to create the county approved blueprints to build the house. If you have ever had to go through this then you know you don't ever want to go through it again. Well, with this property you won't have to. EVERY permit has already been taken care of, paid for and approved. A site plan has been approved and blueprints for the house has approved. ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS START BUILDING. > Electricity is already in service which is running through an industrial size 200 amp breaker box which is capable of running multiple 110 and 220 circuits. > The well is 300 ft deep, the water table starts at 200 ft so you'll never have to worry about the going dry. > There is a 6ft chain link fence surrounding 80% of the property with 3 gates 1 of which is eclectic remote control opening and another electric capable. there are railroad tie completely surrounding the bottom of the fence making it imposable for dogs to get in or outside the bottom of the fenced area. > 2 Conex shipping container with permits.
