This area of Hawaiian Paradise Park is known as the SUNBELT of Puna! For the rainy side of the Island, this area gets far more sun than even a few blocks up the road! HPP has mostly one acre lots, which means that you can build one house per acre. Much less density than with smaller lots!! However, it could be possible to build a second home on this parcel. Check with the Planning Dept to find out the specifics for building a second home. The road is newly paved, and the road maintenance fees are very reasonable at approx $475 per year.
