Private mountain setting not far from Maggie Valley. This open use wooded land has many options. Grand boulders and virgin trees. Easy road access to build in a driveway on the lower part, with some near mountain views and the sound of a creek across the way. However, with a longer driveway the view...s would be amazing. There are several sloping (flattish) areas on the way to the top. There seems to be remnants of a structure (from maybe a hundred more years ago)that was build with rock on the lower right quadrant. Just be careful if you take the easiest way from the road the rocks are shaky in some spots. Also, watch out for a very old partal barbwire fence along the road on the property. Continue reading
