The Ontonagon River, located in Michigan's western Upper Peninsula, is a premier trout fishery. The river system offers excellent angling for brook trout, brown trout, and migratory steelhead across its East, Middle, and Cisco branches. The East Branch is designated as a Blue-Ribbon Trout Stream. It is known for wild brook and brown trout, as well as steelhead runs in the spring and fall. The 13-mile stretch from Lower Dam Falls down to Sparrow Rapids is especially famous among fly anglers. The road system throughout the property provides access to the rivers as well as established hunting areas with respectable bucks taken over 30 years. Thousands of acres of Ottawa National Forest adjoin the property on the North and East with the ATV and snowmobile trail running along the southern boundary.
