Here's very rare gem of a property!! This property has to be one of the prettiest properties I've ever been on. This property is on the Laurentian Divide!! The property is at the end of a dead end road and once through the gate a person can very easily access all the parcels with vehicle on the substantial road/trail system the seller had cleared and built. A very notable feature of this property is the hilly topography in the southern three parcels. The southern parcels of this property have the Boriin Creek that flows north through the property. This creek is about the lowest point in the property and from this point to the top of the ridge that makes up the east there is approximately 250 feet of elevation change. Heading west of Boriin Creek is approximately 120 feet of elevation change to the highest point on the west ridge on this property. This whole southern portion is made up of tons of beautiful maple, oak, birch!! There is also a great mix of conifer species and other tree types. I flushed several grouse and noticed deer sign throughout the property including the top ridge in the east where it's somewhat of an oak flat up on top. There are also some very cool large rocks you come upon while walking these ridge areas. Making our way back up to the northernmost parcel it's a completely different feeling property. This parcel is dominated by poplar. It has rolling topography but isn't super hilly. The seller has a shipping container near the road coming in. From the shipping container you can look down a long cleared opening towards the east. As you look at the maps you see this cleared opening has another one just like it intersecting it just east of the shipping container. These openings have some clover in them but they would serve as amazing openings to plant food plots in. Just to the east of this northern parcel is county tax forfeit land with a beautiful beaver pond that would be a great place to trap, duck hunt or wildlife watch. There is more state and county tax forfeited lands on several of the properties borders. Long story short this is a remarkably special property for so many reasons. Truly a rare find and opportunity to own a property like this one!
