The New Africa Road farm is comprised of three tracts, one of which is split by New Africa Road. This tract contains 84.06 total acres with 81.7 being cropped and most of it is landformed and irrigated. A small portion on the east side of the road is dryland with some wooded acreage along the Sunflower River. The soils are mostly Class I and II very fine sandy loam.
