This 2.5 acre property is located in a small unincorporated community in San Bernardino County's High Desert Region of California. The Sunrises and Sunsets are spectacular and the night sky filled with stars. Johnson Valley is the home of "The Hammer" because it is one of the Largest OHV (Off Highway Vehicle) areas. This area is used by off road enthusiasts and residents. "The Hammer" consists of off road trails from Bessema Mine Rd and south at Soggy Lake. Once a year, a off road desert race called King of the Hammer" uses these trails to find the best of the best Off Road Vehicles. This two week event brings in thousands of people and their dirt toys. There are no utilities on the property but it is along the Old Womans Springs Road. Electricity is approximately 0.7606 miles West to Big Horn Road.
