It is just off the Old Railroad Grade Road. Easiest access is to use Emigrant Trail Road to Red Dome Road, Red Dome Road will end at Stargazer Ranch, then head South on Flat Road to arrive at the property. Any vehicle would be able to travel these dirt roads. The property slopes toward the Old Railroad Grade Road on the south. A pipeline cuts through the property. Vegetation consists of Prairie Grass, Sagebrush, Wildflowers, and Cactus. We saw some antelope on our way to the property. We have also seen Rabbit, Ground Squirrel, Lizard, and Birds in the area. You can see the Northern end of the Salt Flats from the property. Montello, Nevada is the closest town with limited services and has a Gas & Grocery, Bar & Grill, Motel, and Post Office. It is about 45 miles South West of the Property. Snowville is about 60 miles North East of the property and has limited services as well. Park Valley is to the north of the property but doesn't have many services. I didn't see any dwellings from the property. Stargazer Ranch is about 1.5 miles North of the property.

This property is located near the Ghost Town of Kelton which is about 35 miles from Snowville, Utah. Park Valley is about 15 miles from the property and has utilities but no services (Gas Station, Grocery, etc). There is a post office and a school in Park Valley. Use SR30 to get to Kelton Road, then travel South to the property. Kelton Road is a dirt road but is well maintained as there are several farms with irrigated farmland along the road. There is also a compression station for the Ruby Pipeline just south of the property. About 1.5 miles south of the property are the old foundations for several homes, the railroad station platform, and cemetery for the town of Kelton. This property lies just south of some farmland that is irrigated with a center pivot. There is also a fiberoptic line close to the property. There is power along Kelton Road. There were some cows fenced in and grazing to the North East of the property. The Transcontinental Railway National Back Country Byway is about a mile south of the property. Vegetation on the property consists mostly of prairie grass and sagebrush. I have seen Antelope, Coyote, Deer, Rabbits and Ground Squirrel in the area. This would be a great parcel for someone who wants to establish a farm, or live away from the bustle of city life. There are several attractions around the property including the Ghost Town of Kelton, Spiral Jetty, Gold Spike National Park, Devil's Playground, Sun Tunnels, and Salt Flats.

Rosette and Park Valley don't have any services (Gas, Grocery, Restaurants, Etc.) but there are utilities there and there is a Post Office and School. The nearest town with limited services is Montello, Nevada or Snowville, Utah. To get to the property you follow SR30 to Emigrant Trail Road. The property is about 7.5 miles East of SR30 once you turn on Emigrant Trail Road. Emigrant Trail Road is a dirt road which is well maintained and can be traversed by any vehicle. Dove Creek Road and Emigrant Trail Road intersect the property. The Ruby Pipeline runs through the property. There are a few dwellings as you go along Emigrant Trail Road. Most of the buildings in the area rely on solar power and above ground water storage. Vegetation on the property includes Sagebrush, Prairie Grass, Wildflowers and a few Juniper Trees. I have seen Deer, Antelope, Birds, Rabbit, Ground Squirrel, and Coyote in the area. The property is fairly close to Devil's Playground, which has some interesting rock formations, Camping areas, bouldering and rock climbing. The Sun Tunnels are about 35 miles from the property.

This property is about an hour west of Brigham City on the north end of the Great Salt Lake Salt Flats. You can get to the property from the East or From the North. For the best maintained roads you would want to arrive from the north by way of Snowville and close to Park Valley via SR30. If you take the roads from the West they are mostly dirt and are fairly well maintained except for the last 3 to 4 miles. You can get to the property using any vehicle but high clearance is recommended. The closest town is Park Valley but there are limited services there. The closest town with services (gas, motel, restaurants, etc.) is Snowville. North of the property there is a cattle ranch which has several water pivots. This ranch also has power. But power lines are about 5 miles away at the nearest point. There are many recreational uses for this land and several points of interest surrounding it including: Kelton Ghost town about 4 miles from property Old Railroad Grade Road Still has bridges and trusses visible. Several informational signs along the road. Golden Spike Historic Park Old Fill Trail Hiking trail with educational walking tour Northrup Grummond Rocket Display This would be a great property for someone who wanted some property for off grid living. It would also be a great place for an ATV enthusiast. Vegetation mostly consists of prairie grass and sagebrush. I have seen rabbits, deer, and antelope in the area.
