Undeveloped Land, Incredible views to built your home! The county planning department uses state of washington general overlay maps provided by county GIS to determine if there any geological risks. On this 51 acres there is a large fold in the land as shown by the photos about half way into the 51 acres which has been classified as such a risk. You would not want build near this area since it would require special engineering. However acreage closest to the SE corner is very gradual sloping and is far from this area. Please see map
