This is a great central location which is under three hours from every major city in lower Michigan. These are three homes (don't let the cabins label mislead you) that have been open year-round for the past 4 years. 96% + occupancy between Memorial Day and Labor Day. All three are furnished with fully equipped kitchens, 2 set of linens for each bedroom and bathroom, 3 kayaks, 2 paddle boards, 110 feet of dock. We have a full staff in place and have proven very reliable. This includes general maintenance, cleaners, dock install and removers, lawn cutting, weed control and more! Cabin 3 is the direct lakefront however 1 and 2 have a nice view and do have direct access to the lake at the community landing which is right in front of the units. All three are set up to operate 100% remote. This includes locks, furnaces, 3 cameras, AC units. I have operated these units from almost 3 hours away without a management company. About 55% of the summer occupancy are repeat clients that have proven respectful and very good tenants. The lake has a sandy bottom for a good 150 yards out from shore and is safe for swimming. There is a 7X7 swimming raft moored out about 150 feet from shore as well. The location is absolutely perfect for guests with 2 grocery stores, marine and auto supply and repair shops, Owens Road Trailhead, SXS and boat rental, multiple restaurants and other entertainment opportunities all within 2 miles. We have never really tapped the off-season market so there is plenty of room to grow. We are about 45% booked to the end of October already. Opportunity awaits. Whether you want to use for a personal retreat, live or enjoy one and rent the others or rent all three the choice is yours. But everything is there. Tv's with Roku devices in the living room and both bedrooms in each unit. Cabins 1 and 3 have a 3rd bedroom option (separate entrances and egress). Cabin 1 Comfortable sleeps 6, Cabin 2 is a 4 sleeper and cabin 3 sleeps 8. Neighbors are pretty cool too. Never an issue on that front.
