Great location and tons of potential! Property includes two assessor parcels, each 30.28 acres zoned Agricultural Transition Zone. The zoning, along with property's proximity to Highway 162 and the Willows Airport, creates potential for division into smaller (10 acre +/-) parcels for residential estate type development, or could be utilized for orchards or row crops.
