Two tax parcels, must be willing to purchase both as 2nd parcel would be land locked on Pineview Rd. Both parcels surveyed, but not PERKED. 7.11 ac starts beyond the "End State Maintenance" highway sign, there are red flags and it starts at narrow point and widens out and runs parallel to I 85. the newly surveyed 4.13 acre adjoins the 7.11 ac parcel and the remainder .18 ac fronts on Shining Creek Rd.
