C’est la Vie en Rose Resort, is an astonishing property, full of natural wonder and opportunity. The beautiful landscape will reward the work that is still needed to create a fabulous nature oriented resort, ranch or conference / education center. Nature takes center stage, with mountains and mesas lining the horizon along the approximately 150 acre property. The star of the property is the pristine Pecos River frontage, with beautiful rock formations providing riverfront privacy. The primarily adobe, passive solar, buildings present an opportunity to refine this singular spot in the New Mexico wilderness. The Resort is anchored by a convention center and restaurant facility and includes 56 casitas in six clusters of buildings. There is also a pool house, tennis court and river front buildings. Work needs to be done on most of the buildings in the Resort to make them usable. However a full commercial sewer system for the entire property has been installed, and there are plentiful wells on the property. There are two homes on the property.
