An excellent road system also provides access to most of the ranch. The habitat on this ranch is a mix of heavy South Texas brush and with some scattered Bull Mesquite Trees. The brush is ideal for growing giant White-Tailed Deer and every year numerous record book deer are killed in Webb and Duval County. Most of the brush on this ranch consist of Blackbrush, Guajilla, Mesquite, and Granjeno which all consist of high protein content.
