The two lots are for sale together making the total land of 125 acres. The land consists of two single lots; 1.0 An 1-acre farm-house lot2.0 An124 acre lot of high producing farmland per the state. The farmland is south facing well drained land with a small spring fed pond. There is an internal non paved farm equipment access road. The intent is to sell both lots together.
